 Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage is not recommended during the first 13 weeks of pregnancy. 24–48 Hours Before Your Appointment:

Day of Your Appointment:

• Arrive in loose-fitting, comfortable clothing
• Don’t apply heavy lotions or oils on the body

• Use the restroom beforehand — your lymph system will get moving

After Your Session:

• Drink plenty of water to help your body flush waste
