• Severe or cystic acne
• Active skin diseases (like eczema or psoriasis)
• Recent facial fillers or Botox (within the last 2 weeks)
• Severe rosacea or inflammation
• Pregnancy or breastfeeding
• History of seizures or epilepsy triggered by light or sound

Proper prep helps maximize your lift and glow. Here's how to arrive ready;

24–48 Hours Before Your Appointment:

• Stay hydrated to support your skin's elasticity
• Avoid alcohol, caffeine, and salty foods
• Do not use retinol, acids, or exfoliants on your face
• Avoid sun exposure and tanning beds

On the Day of Your Appointment:

• Clean your face thoroughly; arrive makeup-free
• Do not apply any skincare products, including moisturizer
• Wear comfortable clothing
• Be prepared for before photos
• Come relaxed and ready — the results will speak for themselves

HIFU continues to work below the skin’s surface for weeks. Support your results with proper care. 

First 24–48 Hours Post-Treatment:

• Avoid hot showers, saunas, and steam rooms
• Do not apply retinol, acids, or exfoliating products
• Avoid facial massage or aggressive rubbing
• Keep the treated area clean and hydrated with a gentle moisturizer
• Temporary swelling, redness, or tingling may occur and is normal

Ongoing Care for Best Results:

• Continue using a hydrating, non-irritating skincare routine
• Use SPF daily — no exceptions
• Avoid invasive treatments for at least two weeks
• Results build gradually over 6–12 weeks
• Maintenance sessions can be done every 6–12 months
