Buccal Facial Massage

 Buccal massage is a deep intraoral facial technique. It isn’t for everyone.

Avoid this facial if you:

• Have active oral infections, cold sores, or open wounds
• Have had recent dental surgery or dental work (within 2–3 weeks)
• Have TMJ dysfunction that is inflamed or painful
• Are prone to severe jaw clenching or lockjaw
• Are pregnant without clearance
• Have gum disease, advanced tooth decay, or recent implants
• Have received fillers or Botox in the jaw/cheek within the last 2 weeks

 This is not your average facial. Come prepared to lift and sculpt from the inside out.

Before Your Appointment:

• Do not wear makeup on the lower face or lips
• Avoid alcohol and caffeine the night before
• Brush your teeth and rinse with mouthwash before your session
• If you’ve had recent dental work, wait at least 2–3 weeks
• Remove any facial piercings in the treatment area

Gloves are used for intraoral sculpting, and some tenderness is normal during and after the procedure. We'll take photos to track your progress, and sessions may be part of a series to achieve the best results.

Immediately After Treatment:

• Avoid touching or massaging your face for the rest of the day
• Drink plenty of water to aid in lymphatic release
• Avoid alcohol, spicy foods, or smoking for 24 hours
• Avoid intense workouts for the remainder of the day

Additional Tips:

• Redness or slight tenderness is normal and temporary
• Keep your skin clean and avoid exfoliation for 24–48 hours
• Use a clean pillowcase and sleep on your back if possible
• Repeat sessions amplify results over time
