Cancellation, No Show and Late Arrival Policy

We value your time and ours. Please read our cancellation and lateness policies carefully:

Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
   
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) may require full prepayment before rebooking.
   
• This policy ensures fair scheduling and respects the time of other clients and the practitioner.
   

No-Shows

• No-shows will be marked and may lose booking privileges.
   
• To rebook after a no-show, full non-refundable prepayment will be required.
   
• A repeat no-show will result in permanent loss of booking access.
   

Late Arrivals

• If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and counted as a no-show.
   
• If you are less than 15 minutes late, the missed time will be deducted from your session — full service fee still applies.
   
• Please do not arrive more than 10 minutes early. If you do, kindly text us at 1-613-914-4406 to check if we’re ready.
